I have been very fortunate to manage, create and lead both Footwear and Apparel Design Teams, with a high success rate and long history of designer retention, from team sizes ranging from 4-22. Held multiple Design management roles with direct oversight of product creation with revenues from start-up phase and from smaller developing $10M brands or business units to larger revenues of $1B+.
